1/2 cup organic apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon pickling seasoning
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 organic garlic cloves, crushed
2 cups organic seasonal vegetables, peeled and blanched (if needed)
1. Bring apple cider vinegar and maple syrup to a boil
2. Add pickling seasoning and sea salt
3. Cool liquid
4. Drop chopped vegetables into mason jar
5. Pour liquid over vegetables; refrigerate at least 1 hour; use within 2 weeks
