1 lb. washed assorted organic citrus fruits (lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, kumquat…)
1 tsp per fruit Coconut Secret Coconut Aminos Garlic Sauce
optional: nutmeg, sea salt
1. Heat oven to 425F
2. Peeling citrus is optional; tastes bitter; peels are higher in nutrients than the fruit itself
3. Cut citrus into thinly sliced half moons or quarter moons or both; remove seeds
4. Let soak in the sauce in a bowl at room temperature for 15 mins
5. Place silpat (or parchment paper) into half baking sheet
6. Place citrus on to baking sheet
7. Place in oven for 20 mins
8. Let rest at room temperature for 15 mins
9. Dust with nutmeg or sea salt
