1 cup almonds, soaked overnight
4 cups filtered water
Optional: vanilla pod, cinnamon, maple syrup
1. Rinse almonds
2. Add to Vitamix (or blender) with water
3. Blend until smooth
4. Strain through a nut bag (or cheese cloth)
5. Return to blend if optional flavors or tastes need to be added
6. Store in jar in fridge for up to one week
